I think it's worth noting that there's tons of small businesses that plug holes in their supply chain or obtain rarely used things using regular old eCommmmerce channels.
The farmer or the facility manager should not be forced to deal with b2b supply houses who price gouge on retail sales (HVAC and metals are two industries that come to mind)
in order to buy his pesticides, or any other substance because people in high end subdivisions are spraying too many chemicals on their foundations (or whatever, you get the drift).
