This is one of those things where I could see people getting arrested by the SEC.

How come? I am pretty sure it's legal for people to pool resources to bid on auctions. SEC arresting the thousands that donated would make zero sense.

I guess if it ends up being a rug-pull, the organizers would be in a lot of trouble.
