It took 11 days to reach 1 million commits. Then 8 more days to hit 25 million commits (day 19). Will it take another roughly <8 days to reach 50 million or will it be logarithmic and reach it in the next day or two. Let's see if the law of diminishing returns (aka engaged users) applies in the Github community:
