Lenovo ThinkReality A3 Smart Glasses (lenovo.com)

Echoing another comment, I've been following the announcement and marketing of these glasses for some time, and I've yet to see anything concrete about the quality of the "monitors" you get, other than the statement that they'll be the equiv of 1080 monitors. A couple people on youtube apparently had boxed versions of the glasses a couple weeks ago, but even the video I saw where a guy was wearing them had nothing of significance to say about what he was seeing, the quality of it, the nature of head motion, etc. "Interesting" was the word used. Makes me wonder if that reviewer even had functional versions. I'd be shoving a fist full of cash at lenovo if these were verified good - but yeah the lack of info makes me think they're going to underwhelm. My expectations would be for the equivalent of 2-3 32" monitors about 3-4' away from my face. If I had 2-3 27" 1080 monitors 3' away from my face, workable. Hope they're good. Would love them for remote work and privacy.

If this can really show me multiple virtual screens that would be good enough for me. Sometime I just want to turn my head and see the status of something without needing a Bloomberg terminal space station setup, or the closed-ness (claustrophobic and uncomfortable over long durations) of an actual VR headset.

The lack of clearly displayed specifications suggests that the product managers in charge of this product believe that this product will be unappealing to potential customers who look for specifications.

Putting a Moto g100 inside a keyboard case would make for a nifty portable terminal.

Smart? Those look terrible. So thick and chunky!
