EdgeRouter 4 is available on their own store right now. Most of it's lighter weight siblings aren't, but their 3 most expensive models are also out of stock. None of their consumer wifi gear seems out of stock, though. I'd guess Si shortages before assuming they deprioritized the consumer market.
