Even though they can circumvent VISA technically with coins, OnlyFans doesn't want to go down that path. Probably because it immediately becomes partially funded by money laundering or sex trafficking, and they get shutdown eventually

They could try to block that (they probably need to already), especially as the alternative seems to be to shut down now.
