A friend challenged me to solve this digit memorization mini game.

The objective is to memorize 12 digits in around 3 seconds, and enter the memorized number in 7 seconds.

I managed to get 9 digits semi consistently by memorizing three 3-digit numbers, I got 10 once, but never 11 or 12 .

The standard rule is that you can keep 7 +/- 2 things in memory. However, some people are exceptions. I know a few that can remember really long numbers.
