Ask HN: What other languages support image-based development?

By image-based I mean the workflow used by smalltalk, common lisp and factor - which effectively allows one to write, modify and evaluate a program while it's running and see changes reflected without having to discard its state (e.g. by refreshing a browser window or reopening the program).

P.S: this is a pretty hard concept to search for online (I've tried duckduckgo and HN), most of the results have to do with digital pictures or disk images apart from one stackoverflow post that had a few comments about some very old languages and systems.
