RepSpark offers cloud-based software applications for sales and e-commerce in the apparel, footwear, and accessories industries, focused on wholesale business to help brands sell intelligently.

Our stack includes C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, GraphQL, TypeScript, and React (https://stackshare.io/repspark/repspark).

We'd love to hear from people interested in:

1. Customer Support Engineer

- Communicate directly with external customers via phone, email or chat to better understand customer reported issues.

- Manage the opening, status update and closing of support tickets to ensure issue identification and resolution SLA's are met.

- Triage all reported customer support issues, resolving tier 1 support tickets and appropriately escalating complex Tier 2 and 3 tickets.

- Ability to proficiently read at least one of the following software languages C#, JavaScript, Python.

- Basic SQL querying/scripting a plus.

2. Professional Services Consultant

- Responsible for implementation and integration project activities from project kick-off on through final product cut-over.

- Ability to lead requirements gathering consultation engagements with customers to efficiently scope and price custom development application requests.

- Provide technical expertise including problem identification during implementation, testing, client training, and deployment.

- Deliver remote and onsite billable customer product training.
