Microsoft’s solution is emulation, not binary translation. This is a much slower approach than Rosetta. Hopefully this gives MS the kick in the pants it needs to step up their game though.

IIRC Microsoft did ahead-of-time binary translation to get PowerPC Xbox 360 games running on the Xbox One. Wonder if they’ll do the same here.
