That video is stuttering for me and it looks like you have about 10 fps, even when it's completely loaded (but I believe you, no worries, it's just funny) :P

This is Chrome on Linux and I don't usually have problems with video, e.g. YouTube.



It's 60 FPS 2880x1800 video at like 51 Mbps. YouTube's recommendation for 1440p 60 FPS uploads is 24 Mbps and most likely they serve at a lower bitrate.


Try Firefox on FreeBSD, no stuttering on my side :) And it really looks like 60fps very smooth and impressive for a Arm Machine.


That video was definitely 60 fps, no glitches or stuttering.
