Apple does use Google Cloud and AWS for some things, but is investing billions into building their own data centers.

Some services are in Google Cloud, some in AWS, some in Azure, plus Apple has eleven data centers of its own. I believe that Apple is working on bringing the pieces that have been offloaded to AWS/Azure/Google back in house.
