Are you saying you sold a two year old machine for $200 less than the price you paid for it when it was brand new? How is that possible? Even MacBook Pros don't have that good of resale value.

I think he probably got it used, used it for a couple years, then resold it for ~$200 less than he originally paid which is entirely believable.

Yeah, you're right, I didn't think about getting it used initially. That makes way more sense.
