My 2 cents:

1. Have days where you sleep early and wake up without an alarm

2. Spend some time doing a whole lot of nothing periodically. Sit and think, read something you've put off, draw, daydream, whatever

3. Remind yourself that most things aren't urgent. Maybe turn off notifications for a stretch or time

These things are pretty difficult to do when you have dependents or a very busy schedule but I've found it so rewarding in the pockets I've been able to get
