Most of the work is not done by us but by "volunteers" .
Who are these "volunteers" ?
Desperate engineers looking for a role, who are thinking that our fake company is really wanting to hire them.
We also get in touch with hiring managers and convince them to send take away assignments in order to increase our market.

I don't like code assignments because they can easily be abused by both companies and candidates and regardless of my opinion on it I think Firebase is awesome. I was an early adopter before you got adquired by Google.
