What is the best tool / way to export and self-host (on something like S3) an interactive click-through protoype?

All I could find was some kind of SAAS like Invision etc.

I want to export the html & JS and host it on my site. Is it possible? Do I need XD or Sketch or something else for it?

The app in question is for iOS
