Not every US employee has taken advantage of the offer due to no availability from Sprint and Verizon or just because they didn't want to yet.
All workers located at microsoft or all FTE's? There are something like 60-100k people employed by microsoft, but i think that includes vendors/csgs. Just FTEs are a much smaller amount.
