I’m confused. When I googled Naltrexone, it warns:
“Alcohol: Avoid. Very serious interactions can occur”. So are you supposed to take it hours before drinking or something else?

“It is for some people less unsafe, in a very specific treatment model, with alcohol than continuing untreated alcohol dependence is” would be more accurate.
