Sorry for the long title.

I am just about to venture into the world of contracting for the second time and I would like to think my personal network is pretty good. I attend a plethora of meetups and networking events within the programming domain. As we all know there is quite a large demand for developers, DevOps and architects and I get presented with contracts and fulltime roles quite a lot as I assume you all do. Do you ever take in your own team to a new project or subcontract out projects or contracts to your network and make some money off the back of it?
