If you're looking to be technically right, then you picked an easy spot. Your own employees call you a spam company. Out of respect for them, maybe you can loosen your interpretation enough to respond to their concerns.
I sent you an email, but it's not fair for you to attempt to move the spotlight off of these boards. You are advertising jobs to people here. The claim is that successful candidates will be building tools for spamming and for circumventing spam filters if they work for you.
