If you're ever passing through the California central coast area, I absolutely recommend a stop at the Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton. They don't, to my knowledge, have a 'barrel-aged grapefruit sour' but they absolutely have very interesting small-batch barrel-aged brews on tap and my wife and I always stop in when we pass through.
