I think it's an interpretation of the HN title.



That interpretation would require a colon before "heart attacks."


The content of the colon seems similar to the prevailing sense of humour.


That's only true if "heart attacks" wasn't intended to be used as an appositive for the preceding phrase, which I believe was the GP's point.
