Not me. I hate their Prime Now drivers and pretty often get things delivered to the wrong house, or not show up at all when my Amazon things are delivered through them. I don't think they will be able to replicate UPS's strong delivery service and employee benefits, and also don't think the savings will be passed to the consumer.
All in all, I think everyone except Amazon loses in this deal.
