I'd buy this over a real pet. If I had the $$$. One thing I can think would be annoying if it kept making robotic servo noises every time it moved.

Real dogs make plenty of noises and smells too to be fair.

The whole point of robots is to do it better than nature. I think eliminating servo noises should be a priority. Maybe not the highest one.
