Interesting story. Kind of reminds me of how some U.S. companies locate their customer call centers to places like Portland, Oregon and Tennessee because the people there have a reputation for being friendly on the phone and more able to remotely resolve problems.
But could an American company limit its hiring to people over the age of 55? Wouldn't doing so run up against anti-discrimination laws?
