Fact Check now available in Google Search and News
Nutritional advice is rarely supported by strong science, so "mostly true" for both headlines is easily possible, given the weak evidence for each statement.

That's my point... the things to be "fact checked" will often have weak evidence, especially for the first few days/weeks.
