You commented on a thread discussing one issue and jumped to a conclusion that this was partisan bickering. Then when called out on it, you moved the goalposts to another issue. It's not conducive to honest discussion.

That is not what "moving the goalposts" means. You said "this is about B, not A," so in response I gave a citation for B.
