Sure, but it's hard to think of much that would hurt "the mission" more than the harassment that's been alleged (and corroborated). Properly investigating that, removing those involved at any level, and ensuring a culture where it never happens again are a critical part of "the mission", kind of like putting out a fire in the office.
If only there was some way to provide a taxi service while simultaneously not sexually harassing site-reliability engineers. Tragically, Uber cars burn Susan Fowler's tears instead of gas.
