I may be in the minority on this point of view, but maybe it's in the interest of the board and investors to wait on the results of the independent investigation before commenting on the contents of the accusation. They could though make a statement in support of the investigation and employees however.

Did you read the letter? One of the main points in it is that the investigation is not being conducted independently.


That's the whole point of the letter, the investigation being conducted is a bunch of insiders with vested interest in protecting Uber. It's baloney.


I'm going to guess that the board and investors know more than we do, and that they know what such an investigation would bring.
