The whole article seems to have only the argument of, "Hackers as a whole should think the way I want them to."

This is the new authority to be questioned.




I'm not seeing any particular claim to authority here? In a critical essay, it's customary to argue in favor of your own beliefs.


I feel like nothing about the conclusion follows from the problems. If I say that LA has a public transit issue and my solution is radical libertarianism I should guide my audience between those two points.
