I'm looking for macbook pro alternatives... so wondering, do you think one day it would be posible to have Visual Studio for PC compile iOS projects?

The new Visual Studio Mobile Center announced support for cloud builds and CI of iOS projects, which is probably the closest we'll get: hiring Mac build machines in Azure to do the work for us.

As in, native ones written in Swift which utilize Foundation and UIKit?
I would say almost certainly not.

RN iOS apps still need XCode so it seems unlikely again.

That is currently an Apple issue. iOS projects have to be compiled on Apple hardware.
