I went there today accidentally. My personal favorite one:
I have an automation that is triggered by a door open/close sensor that I have attached to the flushing arm in my toilet with a custom made 3d printed mount for the sensor, which triggers a script on the server which connects to the chromecast speaker in the bathroom and plays the final fantasy 7 battle victory theme whenever someone flushes the toilet. It is perhaps my favorite part of my home.
Back in 1997, in my college dorm, we had a big red emergency mushroom switch mounted to the wall, hooked up to the lights and one of those greeting cards you can record a personal voice message on. If you raise the plastic cover and hit the mushroom switch, the lights turned off, some red lights turned on, and the greeting card played Ride of the Valkyries out of its pathetic little tinny speaker.
For unrelated reasons it got me thinking of Mark Zuckerberg telling Joe Rogan how they left only the hand (and not the whole arm) in their VR, as it was enough.
ELI5: why do I need to upload the preview? Is it for some reason impossible for you to downsize the high-res pic? Is there a manual step required of me to take after?
What am I missing here, why not have just a single high-res pic upload?
My tool doesn't directly help you in removing the background from images. It helps you obtain high-resolution, background-free images by uploading the original image and the preview image (the image with the background removed but with low-res) from PhotoRoom or other background removal services. ^^
