What kind of results is that producing? Or what's the biggest difference you've found using the internship model for hiring?

New TNS Weekly Survey Wants to Know What You Think: Generative AI has wedged itself into our workflow. Is it a threat, a useful tool, or accelerated ignorance building the latest giant ball of mud—only faster?

Terrible options. I see it as a tool, use it in the wrong places and it's unproductive, use it in the narrow use cases where it helps, it's OK.

Definitely checking that out. I've stopped eating Octopus. They are just on another level.

We have waited the last couple years, so it's no sweat to wait another year or two for the prices to correct and interest rates to come back down to Earth.

I started working for a company that was using this tracking technology. Struck me as an invasion of privacy, so I discontinued their of the tool. There are other solutions out there for getting useful into on sticking points, crawl depth, etc. that don't expose individual user behavior.

Do standard water filters (like Brita) have any ability to filter out microplastics or are they too micro?

Not to my knowledge no

They also make no claims that it does & if it did I'd imagine their marketing dept would be all over that

Definitely noticed tangible changes on limescale levels though, so it does seem to filter that well

Had a bit of nostalgia for the original design, but I have to say, this is a good looking update. Nice work!

Seems like this is an inevitable growing pain of becoming a global society.

I see it more of the pain brought by the advent of remote work. I used to be in favor of it, but this turn of events changed my mind.

I'm still in favor of remote work, but I think those who go to other countries (heck, even other cities) need to be conscious of their impact, make wise choices, and strive to be a positive member of the communities they are immersing themselves in. Governments and law makers can also do their part to minimize the negatives, because like it or not, remote work isn't going away.

Bitwarden: so hot on HN right now. This is fresh on the heels of the article that was on the front page about their $100 million VC news.

Way more changed than I thought. I was only focused on the ceiling panels and the curtain.
