I really don't get that sentiment though, as a German citizen for example health care insurance is mandatory as in you pay a certain percentage of your salary each month towards health care insurance. So by any means it isn't the land of free healthcare some people made it to be. Also in the US there is the Charity Care Policy that applies when you make under a certain yearly salary.

In essence if everyone pays it through their income it is free as it will effect the buying power of everyone. Also because everyone chips in the individual contribution is lower.

This really rubs me the wrong way about DoH. At the moment I mitigate this by outright blocking the Top 10 public DNS servers network wide.

Germany would like a word about that.

ICANN banned emoji gTLDs. But there are ccTLD registries that don't fall under ICANN regulations.

The Snapdragon 855 does 950 Gflops (FP32) natively not in the browser. The M1 does 2.6 Tflops (FP32) natively and 900 Gflops in the browser.

What difference does it make? WebGPU runs natively.

As far as I know WebGPU has a performance overhead, also he is using an experimental implementation. How do you explain the difference between the 2.6 TFlops (FP32) [1] of the M1 and the 950 GFlops (FP32) of the 855 [2]?
