We should definitely be fearful of Trump. The only good thing that can come from this is that he will take full blame, but people will finally realize how corrupt we have become. I doubt that will happen though, because I'm sure the other half is brainwashed to think the Democrats can do no harm either.

Play store has had the same issue for years, and there really isn't an alternative either. You can try to diversify, but nothing compares to the android crowd due to low, low cost devices. Google doesn't want to pay for decent support for something making them a ton of money, why would they do it for YouTube? You're stuck. Play the game and play it well.

Walmart has been offering 3rd party sellers/products for more than a few months now, if I had to guess. I bought a USB cable from Cable Matters, but the names of some of the companies/sellers on Walmart's website also lead me to believe they are selling products which aren't certified and have the correct components to be safe with our devices.

Well, guess I'm going to have to find someone else to order from next time. This is just so disappointing, its like the retail version of flash ads.

Yeah I know what you mean, I just ordered a cable from Walmart.com the other day not realizing it was from a third party seller until after it shipped. Felt like a bait and switch.

For cables and chargers, try Monoprice.

New York seems in the range I thought it would. Bonuses and stock aren't factored in, as someone mentioned. I imagine they might not over that type of thing, though.

Mid-2012 MBP with 2.5 Ghz i5, 4GB ram here. I thought Mavericks sped it up, but Yosemite is unnoticeable. I couldn't tell you if it is faster or slower than when I bought it, to be honest. All the problems people mention in the thread, I'm somewhat surprised by. I guess I'm lucky enough to not have wifi issues, rely on iTunes, or Apple Music.

It's a bit subjective since one company had huge market share out of the gate and invented the category, while the other keeps releasing 'new' products, years later. So yes, there's growth for now. For Wall Street, growth is pretty much key.

Why is it that when MS makes a "new" product and category, you put it in quotations, yet when Apple does it, you don't?

Your approach to these companies is hypocritical at best.

At least MS is trying to invent a new category these days.

>>> had huge market share out of the gate

That's just wrong.

>Why is it that when MS makes a "new" product and category, you put it in quotations, yet when Apple does it, you don't?

Because one dominates and defines the market, as can be seen by any before and after, and the other is just putting out some products few people care about.

So is the iPad Pro a "new" product or a new product?

iPad pro is a "new" product. The original iPad was a new product.

> the other is just putting out some products few people care about.

Exceptional job establishing your bias for the rest of us to see.

Sorry, but the market speaks for it too. Few people care about is a quantifiable statement.

If anything you uncovered a non-objective bias.

Tablet computers were available for 10 years before the iPad came out. They certainly brought the category mainstream but a long way from invented it.

They spec'd the Surface Book to match up with a MacBook Pro, but I honestly don't think the quality is there.

Doesn't that go against current trends which show a small percentage of cars are manufactured in the U.S.? Assembled is another story.

I applied and had to follow-up a month later to receive that notice. They completely ignored me until I applied for a 'second' time.

Not if you witnessed the mediocre quality. I've had no problem with streaming services but, so yahoo must have had issues with the 15m.

What were you watching on? I was just using my basic wifi and the streaming was unsurpassed.
