I am really amazed how the whole world wants to ignore one simple fact that until now costs us a lot of lives: (9/11 and many other terrorist attacks all over the world) There is a group of people (mainy Muslim)that want all: Jews, Americans, and "free" world countries to perish or convert the Islam (and if not pay special "Muslim" taxes) This is not a conspiracy and this message is played on national TV in many Muslim countries http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GvsNFWRbM0&feature=share what pisses me off is that most of the word ignores this completely and blames Israel and the US for it because of our foreign policy. What scares me most is that it seems to me like were back to the 1930s when Hitler was talking about killing most non Aryan races and the whole world not caring and doing anything about it.
So wake the fuck up and realize that we do have a problem in hand, and it's not a joke many people have died and will continue dying terrorism is a world problem not only American, there were dozens of terrorist attacks outside the US, sorry even more then the US.

Because I realized that telling people to jump head on into a startup as a co-founder usually doesn't work (it's like asking for a girl you just met lets get married), it's better to first test each other and see how we work part-time then once good things happen (funding, launching a solid site etc.) then he/she can decide to join full time.

It's possible that he just has that founder mentality that he doesn't want the secret sauce to be out so early and wants to remain stealth. Perhaps misguided, but truth be told, a lot of folks start out with that mentality.
Dude, if that's the case, there are a number of reasons why that doesn't make sense. There are probably hundreds of other people working on the exact same thing as you around the world. Secrecy will not help you compete with those people. What you need is exposure, not secrecy, to really get moving in most cases. Only in very rare cases do you want to keep secrecy. Based on statistics alone, you probably want exposure, not secrecy.
I am not like that at all, I gave my email below to show the product. I wanted secrecy because if I showed the product publicly people will know who I am because my name is all over the product and I just didnt want people to know certain things about my life (like physical abuse) so I prefer staying anonymous. I push my product all the time I dont believe in secrecy, stealth, etc for your startup.
In that case, it might have been better to ask for advice without including the personal info you aren't really comfortable with. (I am pretty open about the crap I have been through. I'm not successful, financially/business-wise, so perhaps it is wiser to keep the two separate, I really don't know. I just think you have created an awkward situation for yourself that could make it difficult to keep the two things separate in the future.)

Yes I worked very hard and failed way to many times, I realized you have to be a nutcase to start a startup, I am just looking for another nutcase to help me out.
Of course you are right a smart guy should drill and ask lots of questions which I will be ready for. At this point were in a position that is solid, the product (consumer side) got good traction and the direction revenue wise is very solid (we generate 15K plus a month without trying to hard due to a small team). I posted this message as a message in a bottle type thing in hopes some magic happens. For me finding someone is worth more then raising a million dollars which I am not looking for at all for now.
