Very similar to the antifa rhetoric that we have seen over the past few years. I am not sure how alt-left is good and alt-right is bad when it seems that rioters are all assholes.
I think the point worth making is that a bad tracing app is a lot worse than no app at all. It’ll incorrectly give license to people that have been exposed to continue going going out. It’ll incorrectly isolate people who haven’t been exposed, it’ll destroy businesses based on false positives and it’ll destroy the credibility of effective lockdown measures.
Given what we know of the uk governments competence, I would want a strong study indicating its effectiveness before I go anywhere near this.

Sometimes the formatting changes between versions of Word.
Sometimes the formatting is off because we have bugs. Sometimes Word has a bug, and then we have to figure out what that bug is and try and have the "same" bug.
This is what most companies do. I worked for companies 20 years ago that would let you move to anywhere they had an office but you would be paid according to that location.
Yeah, essentially all these DIY fixes to surveillance involve majorly inconveniencing yourself and being a technical expert to maybe achieve what they're suggesting.
