VST / Software Engineer (Front End) | London / Remote

Come and build great software at a startup delivering exceptional FMCG / CPG research & data products - you'll be our first technical hire.

Front-end (Typescript / React / GraphQL) focussed work in the short term that we need to ship to meet the opportunities presented by some new international clients.

I'm looking for someone to grow to lead this product and the engineering team as we progress as a company. There’s a huge variety of products and software that we’re excited about delivering for some awesome clients such as RB, Mars and Tesco and that's just here in the UK.

Nice work. I worked on a product that ended up tilted in this direction once. Meltwater was one of the earlier names in this space and did well out of it.

Enterprises are willing to pay for this type of information (specifically about their clients), but it’s hard to be 10x better than google alerts, other than offering “enterprise integration” which can get slow.

This is a thing that we made - it's a simple tool for plotting a variable over time as we found Excel / google sheets cumbersome for what should be a simple task.

All feedback much appreciated, things we'd love to know about:

- Would you use it? - What would you use it for? - What would make you want to use it more?

There is no explanation at all on the site nor any demos. This makes it impossible for anyone to answer your questions without signing up, and I'm not signing up without knowing what it is.

Good job for shipping, but it's not ready for public consumption yet without those things imho.
