I wish we could say we were entirely unbiased! The truth is we do love Double beyond the product itself because the team (David, Marc, Jay and Farhad) is awesome to work with. I mentioned that it was a bit challenging to use the first version we got, but they've iterated on improvements very quickly. (They've also been very patient and collaborative with problems on our side.) We can't wait to see what's coming next.
I loved going to the Tenderloin to eat good Vietnamese until I was almost-mugged a few months ago:

It's sad, but I can't quite look at a homeless person on a quiet street anymore without the impulse to walk faster.
Last Friday I used the Double to sit at the lunch table with the team in San Francisco (I'm in New York). Lunch is not something the team is inclined to open up a regular videocon session on, but lunch conversation is something I miss out a lot on from working remotely. People talk about stuff (work and non work related) a lot more candidly at the lunch table than in conference rooms. There were a lot of nervous giggles and "that's creepy" remarks but I think its just about getting used to the form.
I work in business development at tech company where our core product is an API. Learning the basics of programming helps me find the right customers for our product, and then support them better. http://janineyoong.com/post/23665444733/learning-to-code-at-...
Thanks! TokBox provides the video platform, but the OnTheAir team is a small, super-smart group which is tightly focused on nailing the end-user experience. The stuff they think about - everything from testing how to promote shows to where the users' eye-level is - has been incredibly thorough and thoughtful. We've been really impressed with them.
