For me, CDN is more valuable for not getting huge data transfer bills from the origin host, vs the endpoint getting overwhelmed. Obviously those are related and both could happen within a CDN, but the big bills scare me more at the end of the day.

I came way late to the game, so went more the video side, so I have the same feelings about Pretty Printed, love his stuff.

But just now checking out the Mega Flask Tutorial, wow looks pretty awesome.

I like your website design! Have you documented the design/setup anywhere?

Thanks! I haven't, but I probably should, since you're the second person asking about it. The site is built with Zola[0], and it's using the Radion[1] theme, with small modifications.

Couldn't find a non-paywall for it, but Google AI mode managed to give a brief summary:

Gold prices are rising sharply, suggesting investor concern about currency debasement through inflation, while the bond market forecasts long-run inflation will remain near the Federal Reserve's target. This discrepancy is likely driven by separate narratives, with gold potentially fueled more by central bank diversification and speculative buying than a pure "debasement trade"

Thanks! Really unsatisfying answer, though.

This is why my instinct for this sort of task is, "write a script that I can use to do x y z," instead of "do x y z"

The hardware is likely still inferior though?

Everyone's listing their favorites in this space, so I'll list mine, Cosmos Cloud. Been solid so far for me. Even has no trouble with more complex docker compose-based applications like KASM workspaces (https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/kasm / this does a docker inside docker sort of thing)

Pasting the website instead of the GitHub as the installation instructions are more up to date on the main site:

Interestingly, Vercel actually supports FastHTML. Experimentally, but it worked fine when I tried it.

I'd recommend Cosmos Cloud. Only the Constellation service is non-free. I have it running on an OCI free tier 24G ARM64 VM.
