While you can obviously use Trello for organizing tasks, my application can connect to your self-hosted instance of Taskfort (https://www.taskfort.com).

If you're connected to my server, creating an account + public boards will always remain free. But you can show your support by purchasing a private board ($1 / private board).

If you have your own instance of Taskfort running, this iOS app can connect to it or you can create a public account (that's hosted on my server) for free and create an unlimited amount of public boards.

You can create Private boards if you have a premium account on my server or pay $1.00 via the app. If you have your own instance running you can create an unlimited amount of private boards.

I created Taskfort for iOS after getting rejected by a couple of company interviews for not having enough iOS experience (I'm trying to become a mobile engineer). That kind of stunk so I figured to stay positive and just build up my resume by making a new project.

Besides Trello, there really wasn't a free good kanban ios app.

Additionally, the app can connect to your self-hosted instance of Taskfort if you so choose (check out www.taskfort.com) or connect to your free hosted account. I tried to keep my UX fairly simple and I hope you guys enjoy it! It doesn't have all the features of the Web Portal integrated yet but I figured it was a good start.

If anyone knows of any iOS positions out East (preferably NYC or Boston... or remote?) let's connect: contact@taskfort.com

Inadequate? I think this does the opposite for me showing that there's hope for the common folk who are just passionate with their projects :P

Yeah but I'm older than all those guys already and the project I was passionate about at 21 didn't do the thing.

Jeff Bezos had a fairly long career on Wall Street before founding Amazon. I believe he was ~30 when he first flew to Seattle to start it in his garage
