Read about designing on a grid. For the fastest cheat, look at UI kits or dribbble for inspiration. Search for the purpose of your page and then just copy the design. For 30 minutes that’s the best you can do.
This is an issue with getting feedback on designs too. Wonder if there is overlap in the problem space.
If you present pixel perfect designs for feedback, feedback is less specific because users think the product is finished. However, when it’s a pencil sketch, users become critical and critique everything because they don’t think anything is set in stone. I try to present LoFi everything until final sign off.
Speed, so I can prove it out quicker. Building this on my own, after work, will take me a while. Wouldn’t need much to prove it out. Maybe $250k. I can do product design and engineering myself. Would be nice to hire a contractor to handle a few things I’m weaker at.
Thank you Google search… This is not the question I asked.
It’s a large, stale market with incompetent competitors and no technology. I feel confident the idea will work and scale. The people with an anti-gun sentiment are not my customers.
Globally there’s nothing stopping this idea from interfacing with governments or other buyers abroad but initially the market is US.
We realized we were calling each other too often asking where the other is and just decided to let tech solve the problem. Now I can push a button and see how far away from home she is.
If I decide to do something sketchy, I can turn off location temporarily and just lie to her about what I was doing if she checks while I was crime-ing. Same as the pretech way. :-P
The national security take on these convoys is General Flynn and the fifth column are trying to reduce NATOs capacity to respond to whatever is going to happen in Ukraine and/or Taiwan. The misinformation networks are trying to amplify these convoy groups in every major NATO country with the dual goal of creating an artificial supply chain crisis, crashing the economy and requiring national security resources to clear the convoys.
Food for thought.
If for instance, that is the plan, how would you as a free nation defend against this? Their ham handed answer is censorship. But this is backfiring. So what do you do? Serious answers only.
What about that Federal government lifts all COVID restrictions, mask and vaccine mandates? England, Sweden, and Denmark already did that.
That will kneecap this convoy before they can even start.
Again, this is all about politics. Some people are sick of these restrictions and they want to vent their frustration. Facebook is making mistake of not allowing pages like this. I do not think these people are nuts or QAnon. They are just frustrated.
>What about that Federal government lifts all COVID restrictions, mask and vaccine mandates? England, Sweden, and Denmark already did that.
Just look at a comparison of covid hospitalizations and deaths between the US and those countries. Adjusted for population, they're super high in the US. Once those go dow, the covid restrictions will go away. If they were as high as in the US in England, Sweden or Denmark, they wouldn't have lifted the restrictions. It's so simple.
I understand and with this issue, I would side with truckers.
But nothing is ever all about politics.
Hybrid warfare exploits legitimate fault lines.
So to defend against the weaponization of these protests, what do you do? I’m this case, capitulating to the demands may work. But next time? How do you protect against trolls trying to start fights and cause real issues?
I recently came across a video of a police officer in a high speed pursuit shooting out of his car window one handed into oncoming traffic. I remembered the title of the video I found. I remembered it happened in New Mexico and that the police officer was moved to detective since this was his 3rd gun fight in 2 years out of the departments total of 4. I was trying to pull it up to show my fiancé how nuts this cops behavior is.
No amount of searching for this video on google could find this video. 20 minutes. I was infuriated. My brain started going to dark places. Is this censorship?
No. Google sucks now. Somehow. They killed the golden goose.
I fired up Bing. Typed the title of the video and found 100 copies instantly.
I now use Bing. And it’s not bad. Generally I can find what I’m looking for. It’s like a slightly worse version of what Google used to be. But it’s an infinitely better version of what google is now.
I also use Brave search engine but that’s worse than bing still.
If you’re looking for interesting party conversation, try opening with “I recently switched my search engine to Bing.” The conversation goes to fun places and most people will agree that Google has gotten much worse.
Herpes. The above article just leaves it up to your imagination, but as other articles point out "According to the CDC, this species commonly spreads herpes virus B through saliva, feces or urine."[1]
Which explains why she was given a rabies vaccine and treated with a course of Valacyclovir.
