Haskell has a library for this called "embed-file".


Haskell does but I'm comfortable in Go and easier to get people to contribute


I'd guess because OCaml is a bit more traditional. It's strict and has no purity enforcements; it's a whole lot easier to transition people to.

I've always wondered why minifiers don't take advantage of ASI to this effect. Your files come out the exact same size as cramming it onto a line with semicolons...
