Suicidal ideation is different than having a plan and access to the method to follow through.

It’s when ideation proceeds to having a timeline and decision to die by suicide is when hospitalization is absolutely necessary. At the end of the day, if I a person wants to die by suicide, there is very little anyone can do about it.

I doubt a bad therapist would not report ideation and risk it in the US. Specially a not very good therapist, as seem to be norm in a country where their effectiveness is diminished everywhere in favour of promoting the unrealistic benefits of psychologist and drugs (which they will prescribe in day one)

Working in a school, not as a teacher, it is amazing to see how students litter their desktop with files, similar to how most of the staff save their files.

I am not a programmer by any means and I know how important it is to create a filing system with directories. It is irritating how much time is lost while waiting for colleagues to locate a file hidden among the many on their desktop.

I bet you'll love this: https://johnnydecimal.com/

Edit: Sorry, I should have saved you the bother of clicking. It's a digital file management strategy loosely inspired (I assume) by library classification systems like Dewey's. I don't use it myself, but I admire the simplicity, clarity, and flexibility of the system.

There is, its called PBS Kids and all you need to do it note your local PBS station for it to work. My 4 year old loves all of the shows on there and it is amazing what she remembers after watching because it becomes a topic at the table several days after.

This will not work for everyone as I do the same with airplane mode. I figure if it is that much of an emergency, a police officer will show to my door with terrible news.
