"Welcome to Uber, I love you."

Do you want to learn a framework or just new JS stuff? https://eloquentjavascript.net/ is a great way to get familiar with JS. React has the most traction behind it, although I found Vue easier to pick up. I suggest trying your hand at things and seeing what sticks with you. I've been having a blast with Vercel.

All of the above?

That thing was so much fun. Adding context menus and icons. We’ve been robbed!

Was your previous employer FB at the time?

NO... MY FUTURE EMPLOYER (sorry for caps)

AB957 is still being amended. Prior to amendment a parent not affirming gender identity would fall under child abuse. Here's the clause:

(6)A parent’s affirmation of the child’s gender identity because it is in the best interest of the child to affirm their gender identity.

Good. Not supporting your queer kid is child abuse.

What an absolute lie.

The subsection 6 that you quoted is under the section:

3011. (a) In making a determination of the best interests of the child in a proceeding described in Section 3021, the court shall, among any other factors it finds relevant and consistent with Section 3020, consider all of the following

For example, another subsection is

(3) The nature and amount of contact with both parents, except as provided in Section 3046

This has absolutely nothing to do with falling under child abuse.

Browsers are/were User Agents. The focus should be on maximizing that experience across the board.

SimCity 4 was released in 2003.

Yep. The surprising thing is that Asypr bothered updating a 20 year old game for Apple Silicon. https://support.aspyr.com/hc/en-us/articles/12168615035405-H...

That is interesting - I bought KOTOR 2 a couple years ago for my kid and ended up having to get a refund it because it didn't run at all (on intel). It just wedged when I clicked play. No response from Aspyr, so I'd assumed they abandoned their older games.

I think they did it because they still sell SC4 via the App Store, but I'm not sure. Maybe someone there is just a huge SC4 fan.

There have been no reforms. Business as usual.

If you’re on iOS Hyperweb has support for Teddit redirects, very convenient.

Hyperweb looks great!

Is there any way to have Google Flights redirect the URL to default my currency to my home region?

Google Flights always shows results in the local currency.

Even when I’m logged into Google Flights, even when it has a cookie from my previous search, even when I’m on a VPN for my home currency region, it still defaults search results to the currency of wherever I’m sitting.

Can Hyperweb override this?

Thanks for the video! Really neat technology, seems like a great way to explore. Something about the FOV makes me ill.
