make electricity super cheap use all the ways possible
create space for charger system but let brands compete( don't over regulate)

Your EV argument does not address the main issue of urban sprawl in car-centric design and how the ever-increasing infrastructure costs (and decreased revenue: parking lots dont create wealth) are bankrupting cities.

I think it's very hard to put a price on Tsla at the moment with FSD getting ready, I just did a family road trip with my (old HW3) Tesla from Montréal to Manhattan it was almost flawless, way safer than if I drove myself.
