Quite true. I think it all relates to stop comparing yourself with others. It's quite easy to be one dimensional when doing so without realizing that everyone you see, even the ones you think are "successful", have their own unique challenges.
I also think building confidence is important. The more confidence you build, the easier it is to focus on yourself and not others.
Once a day, visit the site, take a breath, and reflect on something you're grateful for.
