These satellites are in a rather thin band of space and it's clearly a problem as debris has already hit the space station and satellites. Tracking satellites is clearly a necessity. Could we use some partners? Probably worth look into with the ESA and Japan/India to share cost, burden, and information. Not doing it because of a trite expression doesn't seem like a good idea.
I previously had on of the major ISPs in my State/Region and it was aweful, they suck. Then a relatively new company came in and I switched and it was finally fiber and cable and it is amazing. Its not perfect these are companies at the end of the day. But if it weren't for this new company I would be forced by no competion not because of the service of the ISP.
So I'm a little late posting this here, but over the past three years, I have been working on what was formerly known as XBONEmu, a way to play Xbox One titles on a Windows computer. About a month ago, I decided to make this project more open; we now have a Discord server and are accepting contributions. Currently, we don't have any games that boot, but we are looking for people skilled in reverse engineering, Windows internals, and those with a strong C++ background.
To note, these different and more serious problems don't seem to be addressed, but a ban on mobile internet access is a no-brainer for most people apparently.
Teachers will still have phones, many buildings have a wired phone in each classroom, and guns are loud so someone near a phone will call for help. You know like how it always worked before every student had a constantly connected pocket distraction.
I was looking into this and haven't seen much news of late. This would be an amazing product if widely available. Unfortunately knowing the current state of US pharmaceuticals, this would cost the price of your mortgage.
