We are also hiring 2 Junior Engineers, 1 for each of the aforementioned teams. In this case we're simply looking for technically savvy people with a habit of lifelong learning, though I will confess that our team does bias in the direction of candidates with a STEM degree (specifically Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Computer Engineering).

In this role, you will continually iterate towards the optimal organizational and functional design that enables the development and delivery great products, balancing progression of the Product Roadmap with paying down technical debt. You will serve as an acting-CTO, working closely with our most senior engineers to align the technical, product and hiring roadmaps. You can also expect to mentor and coach our functional leaders and team leads, developing their skills as people managers.
