Easy answer: most people dont arent crypto people but may be open to accepting crypto from crypto people. Aka sending btc to friend/merchant who doesnt have any or vice versa. Crypto people are the small minority

15 ppl in first cohort? Aka dont bother applying.

Why do you assume that a forum run by X needs to or should support X? And why is it unwise - from what metrics do you measure wisdom?

how? Lynx looks like a opinionated boilerplate for creating apps?

"Lynx is the text web browser": https://lynx.invisible-island.net/

Must be a generational thing :)

Feedback: I think it would be very helpful for users to know ahead of time what kinda performance they can expect based on their system.

so do you think its a better experience with Cursor using 3.7 or just the 3.7 terminal experience?

ask the same question to grok 3 and report back :)

feedback: it's slow (clicking on subscribe, etc)

Thanks for the feedback. Subscribing in particular is slow, especially for podcasts with lots of episodes, because it tries to save all the episode metadata locally, to avoid roundtripping later. So, it’s slow initially so it can be fast later and work offline, but I understand how that can be annoying!

i cant download it? cant find it

What about Tiktok? Add that and i'm interested

Grayjay dev here, TikTok plugin pretty much works already, we just need to add the respective UI for both mobile and desktop to make it work nicely.

Lol. Don’t hold your breath. I used to enjoy TikTok until they forced me to create an account and install their spyware.

What spyware? I don't have a tiktok account

Take a look at the following blog post that looks at TikTok’s encrypted VM and how it profiles you. And this is just on the website, without even installing the app.

Yep. My point exactly!

Because TikTok is a Chinese company most people just consider the app to by spyware. It's probably not any more spyware than other similar apps, but being owned by China makes it a little more worrisome to some people.

I don’t care where they come from. Why do they force you to signup to see a video that can be played using standard web technology?

And you can’t use TikTok without an account because they need that to “spy” on you.
